Reflections hotel, Bangkok

This might be one of the most colorful hotels Iv'e ever visited. Reflections is unique amongst "design" hotels in Bangkok. Every room has it's own unique design, local Thai designers apply or are requested to design their own hotel rooml. Me and my photography friend Sandee Pawan had the opportunity to visit a few rooms in 2005 that at the moment wasn't under construction. All the rooms in the hotel changes over time, so the room won't stay the same for more then one year. After a maximum of one year a new designer will take on the room. The hotel has a great open restaurant, pool and relaxing lobby in the center of a hectic Bangkok. Now the company opened new branches in Cambodia.

The unreleased Burma Rapport

Part of not yet shown photos from my photo-project "Burma comes to Thailand". About the immigration issue on the border between Burma and Thailand. Most of these photos are snapshots and have no real story behind them, except they show people in their everyday life on the border. All captures are from the Mae Sot/Mae Sariang - Myawaddy area.
